"Care giving in Japan" will be the global leader!
As Japan faces an exceptionally aging society, it is engaged in solving the problems of an aging society which always materialize here before anywhere else in the world. Therefore, Japan has the skill necessary to solve the coming global aging society problems, and to look at this another way, "care giving in Japan" is a global business chance. Also, as those receiving care are humans with diverse senses of values, that diversity requires a sensitive response and emotional sense, like the "welcoming heart" unique to the Japanese people. This can only be studied in Japan.
Why not study "care giving" here, in Japan and at Trinity College, where you can become a global leader?
"Care work" was newly added as a status of residence.
If you acquire care worker qualification, you can work in Japan.
When an international student attempts to gain employment at a Japanese corporation after graduating college, one of the requirements for a working visa is for their "major" in school to be related to their "work" at the employer. Therefore, there are many cases where they are deemed to have no "relationship" and the work visa is not permitted. You can see it is difficult to find employment in Japan. However, as "care work" was newly added as a status of residence, if you aim to be a care worker in a professional college and then work as a care worker after graduation, there is zero chance that your major at school and your work at your employer will be deemed to have no "relationship." In regards to that, it is certainly easier to get a working visa.
Therefore, if you study hard at our college which has over 20 years of experience as a care worker training school and gain qualification as a care worker, you should be able to achieve your dream of working in Japan!

Care giving is work that helps people continuing living in their unique lifestyle.
For people who can no longer eat by themselves, we help them eat. For people who can no longer use the toilet, we help them use the toilet. At first glance, it may seem like something that anybody can do. With professional knowledge and techniques, we use various methods to help people do what they can no longer do themselves. That is what we care workers are.
Even though we are neither family nor friends and are meeting them for the first time, we learn about their lives, stay close to their lives, and spend what time they have left together. That's what makes care giving work interesting.
There are no borders on the spirit of making people smile and feeling glad to have met them. Why not turn your kindness into work? Being told, "I'm glad I met you," by the elderly and persons with disabilities. This is work where you can hear that. To that end, you'll need the national qualification of "care giver." Why not aim for that here at Trinity?

Human dignity and independence
Care working is a job where you interact with many people. To understand and support the users, we learn about the importance of maintaining a multi-faceted understanding and human dignity, as well as the necessity of supporting an independent and autonomous lifestyle.
Communication techniques
As the care worker's job significantly involves supporting others, students will understand the communication skill at the base of that work, and will also acquire techniques for forming relationships with the user, their family, and team members, which are essential in care giving workplaces.
Structure of the mind and body
Knowing the structure of the human mind and body is essential for care work. Students learn about the structure and functions of the human body, as well as providing care service, points for safety, considerations from a psychological perspective, and more.
Understanding of society
Students learn about the big picture of our society as a whole, as well as the various systems for regulating and maintaining social living. Students understand the structures of society in a more personal way, thus deepening their understanding from the perspective of members of society.
Techniques for daily life support
In order to reliably support the elderly or persons with disabilities in terms of daily life, students study what daily life means and learn about basic concepts of daily life support. Furthermore, they also understand and learn about maintaining living environments.

development and aging
As people get older, both their minds and their bodies change. Students learn the basic knowledge regarding the psychology of aging and the characteristics of changes in bodily functions, knowledge necessary for persons involved in care work.

Criteria for Eligibility
Criteria for EligibilityⅠ
The student must meet ALL of the following criteria.
(1) The student is 18 years old or older.
(2)The student has undergone 12 years of school education outside Japan.
Or, if the student graduated from a secondary education agency with 10 or 11 years, they have completed an agency designated as a "preparatory education course." Also, no more than 5 years have passed since the student's last school graduation (the student is not older than 30 years old).
(3) The student has sufficient assets to cover their tuition and living costs while attending the college.
(4) The student's goal in studying abroad and their post-graduation career path are clear, and the student has a strong desire to acquire the knowledge and skill in a professional field.
Criteria for EligibilityⅡ
The student must meet ONE of the following criteria.
(1) The student has undergone 6 months or more of Japanese language education at a Japanese language education organization certified by the Association for the Promotion of Japanese Language Education and announced by the Minister of Justice, and the student has Japanese proficiency equivalent to the N2 level of the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test.
(2) The student has passed the N1 or N2 level of the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test.
(3) The student has a score of 200 points or higher on the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students [Japanese as a foreign language (total of reading comprehension / listening comprehension and listening-reading comprehension)].
(4) The student has undergone 1 year or more of education at an elementary school, junior high school, high school, junior college, or university in Japan.

Hiroshima Prefecture Care Worker
Schooling Funds Loan System
In this system, the student is loaned money for tuition and the like while they are attending a training facility such as a professional school, and if, after graduating, the student engages in work as a care worker for the specified time in Hiroshima Prefecture, they are granted exemption from returning a total of 1,640,000 JPY.

Care worker scholarship loan system by cooperating social welfare corporations and medical corporations
In this system, the student is loaned funds for tuition by the cooperating social welfare corporation while they are attending this school, and if, after graduating, the student engages in work as a care worker for the specified time at the loaning corporation, they are granted exemption from returning the funds.
